This role was developed to span a range of responsibilities and stretch across all L Street companies, but with a focus on Quicksilver. At Quicksilver I lead all in person event planning efforts and represent the brand at all client facing activities. The client engagement portion of my role was focused around outreach and sales lead generation for the account management team (Account Based Marketing Strategy). As my role evolved I also adopted the management of our social media channels and content development. Being the initial point of contact for new clients allowed me to also develop my skills as an account manager for a select number of accounts. This included cultivating client relationships and building strategies around the clients needs.
My extended focus going into 2020 was to develop a marketing and brand strategy for Quicksilver and enhance our sister companies brand presence, including but not limited to, brand identity, social media content, email campaigns, web design and business model strategy. In order to develop these strategies I facilitated multiple internal innovation sessions and ensured communication of changes were streamlined throughout L Street.
