Collaborated with a team of four to discover how Target can differentiate itself in the competitive landscape and achieve results throughout stores that vary in physical size, volume, location and complexity. Researched, ideated and created a strategy focused around merchandising, localization, and guest excitement to drive sales and profitability during the Back to College season.
