Overarching goal was to maintain safe and appropriate chemical levels for the pool on a daily basis through testing and physical chlorine adjustments. Lead a staff of 25 to share a vision of maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for members and their families.
Administrative duties included, creating lifeguard schedules, scheduling events and coordinating swim meets.
Hostess
2012-2015
Welcome and foster an exciting environment within the restaurant. Help drives sales through promotions and competition amongst servers. Was highly involved in the creative direction and implementation of events and interior decor of the restaurant and bar areas.
Swim Coach
2012-2015
Foster an encouraging setting for swimmers to improve their skills and succeed as a team. Teach the essential skills of swimming, teamwork and constructive competition. Worked with parents to develop their children specific needs as well as held private lessons for increased training.
Administrative duties included arranging events and programs for the team, creating a goal driven and collective team dynamic.
